This survey was conducted by the Strategic Knowledge & Innovation Legal Leaders’ Summit (SKILLS)—a community of senior knowledge, innovation, and legal operations leaders from many of the world’s largest law firms. Following SKILLS’ most recent annual conference in early 2025, more than 100 members completed a detailed survey covering their firms’ use of AI tools across legal workflows.
As part of the survey, participants rated vendors using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology—indicating how likely they are to recommend each tool to a peer. While the underlying scores were not published, the rankings reflect the relative strength of each vendor’s support within the SKILLS community.
DeepJudge also stood out in SKILLS’ separate analysis of tools being actively used, piloted, or evaluated for core AI use cases such as summarization.
